She was kidnapped by pirates who brought her to Egypt where she was sold into slavery. The owner bought her a delicate gold-plated leather sandals.
One day while Rhodopis bathed in the river and a Falcon stole her sandal and carried it to Pharaoh.
Sandal was so small and delicate that Pharaoh immediately declared a nationwide manhunt. When he found Rhodopis — he immediately married her.

In the story Cinderella lives with her stepmother and stepsisters. With the help of the fairy godmother she goes to the ball and meets the Prince. When the clock begins to strike midnight Cinderella runs home and loses her Shoe.
Prince declares throughout the Kingdom that he would marry the girl who will foot the tiny slipper. To the surprise of the sisters, Cinderella puts on the slipper freely. Cinderella pulls out his second Shoe, and the fairy godmother turns her rags into a gorgeous gown.
Cinderella being taken to the Palace of the Prince and after a few days he marries her. Sisters she takes to her Palace, and on the same day, marry them off for court nobles.
