These exercises will help strengthen the legs.
4) Swings arms from the shoulder, from the elbows, from brushes of hands. Sharp diversion bent hands from the chest. These exercises help strengthen the hands.
5) The slopes of the head in different sides . The slow rotation of the head.
These exercises help strengthen the neck.
