People in this house are called congressmen and
congresswomen. Every state sends people in the House of Representatives. The larger states have more congressmen than the smaller ones. All in all there are 435 congressmen in The House of Representatives.

Congress makes. The President signs bills and they become laws.The USA President is the Commander in Chief of the armed forces.

It`s made up of 9 judges – the most
important judges in the land. They have to make sure that the President and the Congress follow the Constitution.

Americans are very proud of their Constitution. It was written more
200 years ago. But people can change it, and the changes are called amendments. There are 26 amendments to the Constitution.
