Презентация, доклад по английскому языку по теме:Английские потешки

основами английской речи, знакома серия английских народных стишков, песенок и потешек в переводе известных детских поэтов и писателей С. Михалкова и К. Чуковского, под общим названием «Песенки Матушки Гусыни». Кто была эта старая леди со странным именем? Была ли она на самом деле или она просто легенда? Никто точно не знает об этом, но все знают и любят ее стихи и песни. Песенки Матушки Гусыни сначала не предназначались для детей. Само название «Матушка Гусыня» пошло от сборника Джона Ньюбери, изданного между 1760—1765 гг. и включавшего 52 стиха. Исследователи английского фольклора доказали, что многим потешкам более 200 лет, а некоторым и того больше.
В нашей стране английские детские песенки Матушки Гусыни широко известны благодаря замечательным переводам С.Я. Маршака и К.И. Чуковского.
Многие дети знают наизусть стихи «Шалтай-Болтай», «Плывет, плывет кораблик», «Робин-Боббин», «Дом, который построил Джек» и многие другие.
В одной их популярных детских песенок говорится о загадочном существе Хампти-Дампти. Оно существовало не только в известной нам песенке, но и в произведении Л. Кэрролла. Оказывается, Шалтай-Болтай (англ. Humpty Dumpty) — персонаж классического английского детского стихотворения и книги Льюиса Кэрролла «Алиса в Зазеркалье», имеющий форму большого человекоподобного яйца с галстуком. Читая эти стихи в оригинале и в русском переводе, поражаешься искусству поэтов по-своему излагать русский вариант стихотворения, которое вполне доступно любому русскоговорящему школьнику. Оказывается, мастерство поэта не только в том, чтобы сочинить замечательные четверостишья, но и искусно перевести зарубежных авторов.

The mouse's find  I found a tiny pair of gloves When Lucie'd been to tea, They were the dearest little loves— I thought they'd do for me— I tried them—(quite inside them!) They were much too big for me! I wear gloves with one button-hole When I go out to tea. I'll put them in an envelope With sealing wax above, I'll send them back to Lucie— I'll send them with my love.

The kettle's song With pomp power and glory the world beckons vainly, In chase of such vanities why should I roam? While peace and content bless my little thatched cottage, And warm my own hearth with the treasures of home
