who want to get better education. All this facts have influenced
on the main structure of family, but despite of this statement,
family values are still on the first place. It doesn’t matter if you
are married or divorced,
or you prefer bachelor’s lifestyle, it is pretty common in
Italia to have dinner with your family’s members, together.

the family certainly carries photo of his wife and children, wherever he go.
2)Respect of the Elders is above everything. The most authoritative members of family is the grandparents who are the bearers of the traditions and pass them on through the ages. Elderly relatives are treated with respect , also they are looked after with care no matter if they live together or separately.
3)Special dinner. Every Sunday is the day when all family members gather together during dinner. Smoked appetizers, pasta, pasta ripiena, potatoes and apple pie ... These are dishes from the 50s and 60s that remind Italians of the most natural dishes that their grandmothers prepared for them and which they ate every opportunity. This art seems like the art of selecting wines for dishes, but in reality it is not. At a time when new cuisine is developing, fast foods, the so-called "Sunday lunch" of Italians contains those dishes that were consumed in the past.
