The science that studies the biological, social and
psychological aspects
of human aging, its causes and
ways of dealing with it.
Parts of gerontology are geriatrics - the study of the
diseases related to evolutional changes and especially
the treatment and prevention of diseases in elderly and
senile age, geragosian, which studies questions of
General and special hygiene of people of older age
groups and gerontopsychology that studies psychological
and behavioral characteristics of the elderly and old age.

Longevity– the socio-biological phenomenon, living out
of a person to a high
age boundaries.
The basis of longevity is the normal variability of the
duration of human life; a significant manifestation of
the adaptive mechanisms of physiological aging.

the achievement
of 80 years or more, depending on many factors –
heredity, socio-economic conditions, natural influences and other.
In gerontology allocate the highest level of longevity – longevity:
90 years and above.

DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE SUN!
Sun exposure is favorable for the
production of vitamin D, strengthening bones and overall health. Vitamin D deficiency is associated with a whole bunch of problems, such as osteoporosis and heart disease; regular "smart" sun (about 15 minutes on the hands and feet) complement the diet and make up for the lack of this important element.

duration.

"fasting" - a temporary
starvation.
