The Botanical Garden is located on
the territory of the former Königsberg city garden, founded in 1904 by Paul Keber.
At present, the Botanical Garden belongs to the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University and houses its research laboratories.
The Garden has numerous greenhouses, conservatories, ponds, a unique collection of grasses and trees

Kaliningrad has a moderate and humid climate, as it’s located
close to the Baltic Sea.
The region is not only known for its ancient history and eminent people who lived here, it's also known as the land rich in minerals, flourishing with innumerable green nooks. Nature itself has worked on it to create all conditions for rest, health improvement and recovery.
Our region has very beautiful nature places worth visiting.
We should save the nature of our native region for the future generations
