Dear Sirs! 
We stayed in your hotel when

we were on the European championship from the 15th of February to the 22nd of February, and we were very dissatisfied.
We ordered our rooms by e-mail and had got a confirmation from you after the hotel received our payment. After arriving we found out our rooms were not available and we had to stay in one room for three people instead of two separate rooms. Our ordeal didn't stop there. During our stay, the rooms were poorly serviced and the hotel personnel were not very helpful in dealing with the problems. 
I would like to ask you for a generous compensation for our suffering. Be so kind and present us your offer as soon as possible, before I share my experience about your hotel with other people on the internet.
