Слайд 3Antonina Boleslavovna Lesnevskaya was born in 1863 in a small town

of Kostroma province in a doctor's family. Due to the fact she watched her father's work, who had private medical practice, and sometimes helped him with it, as a child Lesnevskaya has already been in a pharmacy and was fascinated by the spirit of strict order and mystery.

In 1893 she passed the examinations for the title of pharmacist assistant and received a special permission to attend lectures at the Military Medical Academy.
