that everybody wants to be healthy. How to be healthy? It is necessary to keep healthy lifestyle. I want to give you some simple advice how to be healthy.

1. proper daily routine
2. right eating
3. healthy dream and rest
4. physical activity
5. rejection of bad habits.
Let’s consider every of them.
