Слайд 3The national park "Zyuratkul" is located in the Chelyabinsk region. It
was established in 1993. The total area of the park is 88 hectares. It is one of the most famous and visited national parks in the Urals.

In the river valleys the rocks were destroyed, and only
soluble stone remained. As a result of erosion a lake was formed.
Слайд 5Lake Zyuratkul is the highest mountain lake in the Southern Urals.
Several small rivers flow into the lake and only one river flows out, the Bolshaya Satka. Their water is clean.

The length of the ridge is 7 kilometers.
One of the
most popular tourist routes (6 km) leads to the top of the ridge. It is easy to walk along the wooden sidewalk. The natural beauty of that place catch your eye. From the top you can see the Nurgush, the highest ridge of the Chelyabinsk Region.
