Isles. Their total area is 244000 million square kilometers. The British Isles are separated from the European continent by the North Sea and The English Channel. The western coast of Great Britain is washed by the Atlantic Ocean and the Irish Sea. It population is 57 million .

Big Ben is the name of clock and the bell of the clock tower of the House of Parliament. You can hear the sound of Big Ben every hour in London. The clock and the bell got their names after Sir Benjamin Hall. He was a tall man, whose nickname was Big Ben. So people know the clock as Big Ben.
