Vitebsk
Слайд 3Vitebsk is famous for Slavianski bazaar. It’s held annually in July
since 1992. Officially it’s called The International Festival of Arts “Slavianski bazaar in Vitebsk”.

Vitebsk region of Belarus. Polotsk is the first Belarusian town named Belarus’ Capital of Culture due to its outstanding historical and cultural heritage.
