virtual tour in the form of a multimedia presentation about geographical position of Scotland, its largest cities, attractions, traditions, outstanding people using the English language.

Tasks of the projects:
- using literature and illustrative material about Scotland to describe of the general characteristics of this country in English, in particular: its geographical position, territory, population, national symbols, the largest cities, traditions and outstanding people;
- to learn vocabulary and prepare the English presentation of the project;
- to develop the ability to engage in monologue and dialogue speech;
- to develop the ability to analyze, summarize, draw conclusions, justify one’s opinions;
- to instill interest in and respect for the culture and traditions of the learning language;
- to increase the motivation to learn English.

Scottish skirt - a kilt. The kilt is an item of men's clothes, which is considered traditional for people of the Highlanders in Scotland. A kilt is a piece of cloth wrapped around the waist, and fastened with buckles and straps. Usually the kilt is worn with a special pouch for small items; this bag is called the sporran. The kilt is made of woolen cloth with traditional Scottish pattern of coloured checks - tartan. Kilts are national clothes.

Scottish specificity is manifested in all aspects of life and is expressed in a large number of strange traditions, customs, everyday objects, natural, historical attractions, famous people, whose destiny is connected with that country.
