4. What's the most successful business ......... you've ever been on?  As we are talking about both the time spent travelling and the time spent at the destination, we have to use "trip". "Journey" would only refer to the time spent travelling.

on?  As we are talking about the time spent travelling from A to B, which took a long time, and not about the time spent at the destination, we use journey rather than trip.  
6. Who made the ……..arrangements? We need an adjective here, therefore we can only use travel.  
7. Will we have time for a sightseeing ........ while we're in London? As we are talking about a short excursion, we use trip, not journey. (also tour used here)

As a narrative essay is always a reflection of a personal experience of the author and that is the reason it often has the form of a story and also often becomes a personal narrative essay.

 A narrative essay idea can be taken from many sources like books, articles and personal experiences. This is primarily because every single book, article or personal thought has a point of view it tries to deliver to the reader.       

a photographer, I find seeing unfamiliar places, meeting new people and getting to know different cultures exceptionally inspiring. By the age of 32, I had already been to the majority of exotic places: the Emirates, Ethiopia, Turkey, India, Laos, Thailand, Japan, Egypt, Malaysia, New Zealand, Australia and Cuba. So, when a friend of mine who was working as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine invited me to visit him for a couple of weeks, I thought: “Why not?!” I did not know what to expect from Ukraine since I knew little about it. I usually studied up for weeks on the country that I desired to leave to, but I did not have enough time to indulge in this practice – the prices of the plane tickets shot up after a week or so. I knew that it would be an intriguing experience due to the spontaneous nature of my travel.
