Слайд 3Цели мероприятия:
1.Обучающие: обобщить знание материала по теме ,,Школа”, закрепить лексико-
грамматические навыки, тренировать навыки диалогической речи.
2.Развивающие: продолжить развитие навыков говорения и письма учащихся, развивать умение работать в команде.
3.Воспитательные: воспитывать уважение и интерес к школе, доброе отношение к одноклассникам, умение работы в группах, интерес к изучению английского языка.
Слайд 4Ход мероприятия:
T:Good afternoon, dear boys and girls, teachers and friends! Today
we’ll have a competition between two teams in the 5th form. The topic of our competition is «School is fun».
Most children like to go to school. I like to work at school very much. And what about you, children?
--Do you like to go to school?- Yes, we do .
--Do you like to learn at school?- Yes, we do /No, we don’t.
T: What subjects do you like best of all?
P1 :I like Literature, English, History.
P2: I like Mathematics, Biology, Geography.
T:What about you, Sasha?

friends, you really love school and treat it properly.

( Играет музыка, заходят команды, занимают свои места).

You will do a number of interesting and exiting tasks during it.

1.Приветствие.
Дети придумывают название своей команды и приветствие другой команде.
Они выбирают капитана и составляют рассказ о нём. В приветствии должны принять участие все члены команды, поэтому рассказы дети рассказывают по цепочке.
2.Знакомство капитанов.
Captains of the commands ask questions to each other. They must get as much information as possible about each other.(см.Приложение №2)
3.Знакомство команд.
The next task is the following:
Each member of the command comes to the blackboard and writes down his name and surname in English, one after another. After that each command must write down students’ timetable on the blackboard, not looking at each other’s list.(См.Приложение №3)

6. Now, let’s play for a while. Игра «What is there in the classroom?» Учащиеся тренируют конструкцию ‘’ There is…/there are…’’
Один из учеников выходит из класса, учащиеся класса загадывают слово,(например слово “a ruler’’) которое означает какой-либо предмет в классе. Тот ученик, который вышел , должен отгадать это слово.
e.g. Р1 – Is there a blackboard in the classroom?
Сl – No, there is not.
P1- Is there a window in the classroom?
CL- No, there is not.
P1- Is there a poster in the classroom?
CL- No, there is not.
P1-Is there a ruler in the classroom?
CL-Yes, there is. Далее выходит из класса P2 и также будет отгадывать слова. (См.Приложение №6)
Если ученик не сможет отгадать предмет, то он сдаётся и спрашивает:

Команды читают выученные в течение года стихи
и скороговорки на английском языке. Учитель может предложить ученикам за неделю до проведения КВНа повторить выученные скороговорки и стихи на английском языке самостоятельно. (См. Приложение №7)

Участники первой команды прыгают через скакалку, а участники второй
команды ведут счёт на английском. Проверяются спортивные способности и знание счёта на английском.
