If you have a sore throat or a bad cough, drink hot milk with baking soda or honey. Herbal tea kills bacteria.
A cold? Keep warm and drink a lot of tea with lemon. Garlic and onion are good in food. They will stop your runny nose. Sleep a lot and you will get better soon.
