1.As the doors of the lift close your hands start to

sweat , heart beats you are shaking like a leaf and you can’t catch your breath.

2.It sounds like you suffer from claustrophobia.

3. Some of the fears might sound ridiculous to you ,but to a person who suffers from them, they are real and they are embarrassed about their phobia.

4.When we sense danger our brain sends signals to pump adrenalin, our muscles tense so what we are ready to escape the danger.

5. When someone suffers from phobia the danger is mostly in their mind… it’s neither real nor rational.

6. It’s much better for a person to face their problem little by little.

7.A person who is afraid of dogs could start by looking at the photo of dog up to the most difficult for them - maybe petting a dog.

8.In time brain will change how it reacts and their phobia will disappear!
