The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland contains three major legal systems with their own legal rules, courts and legal professions: systems of England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. The law in the United Kingdom was called “case law” or “common law” (common to all courts of the country).

The following part of our lesson will be devoted to making the system of an ideal state. Group № 4 tried to make the scheme of ruling of an ideal state. The students thought about the rights of the citizens in this ideal state, the ideal leader. They`d like to represent you a scheme of ruling their imaginary ideal state. 

The Ideal State.

We`d like to represent you a scheme of ruling in our imaginary state. 

Our state will be a presidential state. So it`s quite clear that the president is the head of the state there. He is elected by the people. The president is involved in the work of the legislative and executive branches.
