The legend says that Westminster Abbey was founded by St Peter himself. It was built by King Edward in 1065.
The coronation of all British Kings and Queens takes place here.
Some famous English people are also buried here.

Palace is the Queen's official and main royal London home. It has been the official London residence of Britain's monarchy since 1837. Queen Victoria was the first monarch to live there.
The Palace has around 600 rooms, including 19 State rooms, 52 royal and guest bedrooms, 78 bathrooms, 92 offices, a cinema and a swimming pool. It also has its own post office and police station.

The Tower of London was originally built by William the Conqueror in 1066.

A giant observation wheel located in the Jubilee Gardens on the South Bank. The 135 meter (443ft) tall structure was built as part of London's millennium celebrations.

Piccadilly Circus is a busy square in the heart of London. It is famous for the fountain that was installed here at the end of the 19th century and for the neon advertising that turned the square into a miniature version of Times Square.

Leicester square is one of London's most lively squares situated in the heart of London's prime entertainment district. The abundance of theatres gives the area the nickname Theatreland.

Hyde Park is one of the most famous parks in the world.
Hyde Park is a large green lung in the center of London. It first opened to the public in 1627. The park has lots of open space and a large lake.
St. James's Park oldest royal park is one of the city's most romantic. The park was created in the 16th century by King Henry VIII. The 23-hectare (58 acre) park boasts beautiful gardens, a lake that's home to local waterfowl, and lots of wide open space.
