литературы как автор сказки о плюшевом медведе Винни Пухе и ряда стихотворений. Приключения медвежонка Винни любимы как взрослыми, так и детьми. Проведенный в 1996г. опрос, устроенный английским радио показал, что эта книга заняла 17 место в списке наиболее ярких и значительных произведений, опубликованных в двадцатом веке. Однако как показывает опрос, проведенный среди обучающихся 4-5 классов МБОУ «СОШ №17, г.Йошкар-Олы», на вопрос «Назовите имя автора произведения «Винни-Пух и все-все-все», только 10% учащихся дает правильный ответ, и 1% отвечает правильно на вопрос «Почему главного героя назвали Винни-Пух?». Этим и объясняется актуальность предпринятого нами исследования.

проводят фестивали, Пикник плюшевого мишки, праздник Пуха, поиски сокровища, охоту на Слонопотама; называют улицы и открывают звезды.
Люди отмечают день рождения мишки. Официальная дата рождения Винни-Пуха — 21 августа 1921, то есть день, когда Кристоферу Робину Милну исполнился год. В этот день Милн подарил сыну плюшевого медведя.
